All Tyler Jacob, LLC pieces are final sale. We gladly accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.

You've got 30 days from delivery to exchange an item for a different size. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Exchanges are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return at our warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is received, and tracking information will be sent for the exchanged shipment.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer exchanges for sizing — not refunds.
