Final sale and your rights

All Tyler Jacob, LLC merchandise is final sale except for eligible size exchanges and where a refund, replacement, cancellation or other remedy is required by applicable law. This includes any applicable rights for incorrect, damaged, defective or materially misdescribed merchandise.

 

Size exchanges

Request an exchange for the same item in a different size within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Any product-specific exclusion for personalized or limited-edition items must be disclosed before purchase. These conditions apply to voluntary size exchanges and do not restrict remedies required by law.

 

How to request help

Email TJ@TylerJacobOfficial.com with your order number, the item and the size requested. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, describe the issue and include photographs if available. Contact us promptly so we can review and resolve it; the 30-day exchange window does not shorten any legal claim period. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item.

 

Processing and shipping costs

We aim to process approved size exchanges within 14 days after receiving the item. We will confirm receipt and send replacement tracking when available. Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for a voluntary size exchange. We will explain any return or replacement shipping cost before you proceed. Any shipping refund or cost allocation required by law takes priority.

 

Required refunds and cancellations

When a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method where possible within the legally required period. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. For delayed or unfulfilled orders, see our Shipping Policy.
