1. About these terms
Tyler Jacob, LLC operates tylerjacobofficial.com from New Jersey, United States. These terms cover our website, merchandise purchases, custom-order inquiries, accounts and content. Review the policies presented at checkout before ordering. Your checkout agreement applies to the policies shown for that purchase. 2. Eligibility and acceptable use
Purchasers must be at least 18, or have a parent or legal guardian place the order. Provide accurate order and account details and protect your login. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful material or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law and any outstanding order obligations.
3. Products, prices and orders
Products, availability and prices may change before purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise; applicable charges appear at checkout. Screen settings may affect colors, but do not excuse a materially inaccurate description. Payments are handled by the provider selected at checkout. We may contact you about an error, unavailable item or suspected fraud. We will not impose a higher price on an existing order without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled items and applicable charges as required by law.
4. Shipping and delays
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 14–21 business days, unless different timing is disclosed before purchase. Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, carrier and customs. Check your address and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If we cannot meet a shipment promise, we will give the required delay notice and cancellation/refund options. Our Shipping Policy provides details. Nothing here shifts to you a risk or cost that the law requires us to bear.
5. Returns, exchanges and consumer rights
Merchandise is final sale except for eligible size exchanges and where a refund, replacement, cancellation or other remedy is required by law. Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged items with original tags and packaging, subject to availability and any exclusion disclosed before purchase. These voluntary exchange conditions do not restrict legal remedies for incorrect, damaged, defective or materially misdescribed goods. 6. Custom orders and other offers
A custom-order inquiry is a request for a quote. Specifications, price, deposit or payment schedule, estimated timing and any cancellation or exchange restrictions must be agreed before you commit. Product-specific or digital-content terms apply only when disclosed with the offer. A newsletter signup or site account alone does not authorize recurring charges. Third-party music, video and social platforms have their own terms.
7. Intellectual property and submissions
Our branding, designs, music, photographs, video and writing belong to Tyler Jacob, LLC or their respective owners. Use requires permission unless permitted by law. You retain ownership of your reviews and other submissions. By submitting content for display on our site, you permit us to display it for that purpose. Merely tagging the brand does not grant unrestricted advertising rights. Do not submit material you lack the right to share. These terms do not prohibit honest reviews or waive rights to post them.

Promotional conditions and any exclusions are disclosed with the offer. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights from an accepted purchase. Nothing requires you to bring a claim in a forum prohibited by applicable law. We may update these terms and the date above. The terms disclosed when you order govern that purchase unless a change is legally required or separately agreed. We will give additional notice or seek consent when required.
