We’ve got you covered with free shipping on all US orders over $150! Most orders arrive within 14–21 business days, no matter where you’re located.

We know you’re excited to enjoy your STYNGxTJ fashion pieces! Orders are processed as soon as they come in. Our warehouse team takes well-deserved breaks on weekends and holidays, so orders placed then might take a little longer to ship.
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes within the US. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes at this time.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping notification email with a tracking link. That way, you can follow your STYNGxTJ treasures on their journey to you!
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed. Please contact your carrier directly if you’d like to modify your mailing address or any details of your delivery.

We gladly accept echanges for the same item in a different size.
Send us an email to info@iamtylerjacob.com and note the order number plus item you wish to exchange.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer exchanges for sizing.
Not loving the fit of your STYNGxTJ piece? No worries! You’ve got 30 days from delivery to exchange it for a different size. Just make sure it’s unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
If your STYNGxTJ piece isn’t the right size, we’re happy to exchange it for you. You can only exchange for the same item in a different size. Please ensure the items are unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
We understand you want your correct size ASAP. STYNGxTJ exchanges are processed within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is received, and tracking information will be sent for the exchanged shipment. Please note, all items are final sale.
