We offer free shipping on all orders nationwide who purchase over the amount of 150 US dollars. The transit time should be 14-21 business days regardless of your geographical location.

At STYNGxTJ, we care about the wellbeing of our staff. Our warehouse team rests on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed then would be shipped with a delay.
US: Yes! We can ship to your P.O. Box no problem.
International: Sorry! International P.O. Boxes are not an option at this time.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link so that you can keep an eye on the adventures of your STYNGxTJ treasures.
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed. Please contact your carrier directly if you’d like to modify your mailing address or any details of your delivery.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer exchanges for sizing.
If you don’t love the fit of your STYNGxTJ piece, you have a 30 days window from the date of delivery to exchange for sizing.
Please note, exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused. Exchanged item must be returned with all tags attached in the original packaging in which it was received.
If you purchase an STYNGxTJ piece and it’s just not the right size for you, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please note you can only exchange for the same item in a different size. We get it, once you return your merch for an exchange, you want your correct size ASAP, which is why we make every effort to ensure a prompt exchange for you.
STYNGxTJ exchanges are processed within 14 days of the date that the Return is recieved at the warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been recieved and tracking information will be sent to you for the exchanged shipment.
