Delivery estimates

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 14–21 business days. Processing and transit times vary by product, destination, carrier, customs, holidays and severe weather. Any product-specific timing shown before purchase applies to that order. Estimates do not limit your rights if an order is delayed.

 

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Free-shipping offers apply only when displayed for your order. P.O. Box delivery depends on the destination and carrier; contact us before ordering if you need confirmation.

 

International orders

Shipping charges and estimated duties or taxes shown at checkout are based on the information available at purchase. Additional customs, governmental or carrier charges may lawfully apply unless checkout expressly states they are included.

 

Delays and tracking

Tracking information is sent when available after shipment. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and provide the choice to consent to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order, including applicable shipping charges.

 

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Email TJ@TylerJacobOfficial.com promptly to request a correction or report a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins, but we will review the issue and provide any remedy required by law.
